LitiSync, Inc. End-User / Intake Participant Terms of Service

These Terms govern participation in intake sessions, document submissions, communications, recordings, or other interactions conducted through the LitiSync platform (“Service”) on behalf of a participating law firm (“Law Firm”).

1. Technology Platform Notice

LitiSync provides technology tools that assist attorneys in organizing intake information and related materials. LitiSync is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Participation in the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship with LitiSync. Any attorney-client relationship is solely between you and the participating Law Firm.

2. Intended Confidentiality and Privilege

Where the Service is used in connection with legal representation, communications may be intended to support confidential or attorney-client privileged communications to the extent applicable under law. LitiSync cannot guarantee that privilege will apply. You should participate from a private location and avoid sharing intake materials with unauthorized persons.

3. Information Submitted

By participating in intake sessions or submitting information through the Service, you represent that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit such information.

4. Recording and Transcription

Intake sessions may be recorded and transcribed for intake and case-organization purposes. By participating, you consent to recording and transcription where permitted by applicable law.

5. Role of the Law Firm

Information collected through the Service is processed on behalf of the participating Law Firm, which is solely responsible for legal services, legal advice, and review of all materials generated through the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

LitiSync may modify these Terms from time to time. Unless otherwise required by law, updates become effective upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LitiSync shall not be liable for damages arising from participation in the Service.
